Refunds
All ticket sales for our event are final and non-refundable, except in the case of cancelled tickets. If you need to cancel your attendance at our event, please notify us as soon as possible by email at info@torsunovchicago.com. We can refund cancelled tickets no later than February 29th, 2024, but we do not offer refunds for any other reason after that date or after the event for any other reason, including but not limited to illness, travel issues, or scheduling conflict. We appreciate your understanding.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any products or services sold on this website, as we do not sell any physical products.
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel our event, we will notify all ticket holders by email and issue a full refund for the ticket price. We will not be responsible for any other expenses incurred by ticket holders, such as travel or accommodations.
